DESCRIPTION:Join us at the 2026 Pilot Mountain Hawk Watch! We will be counting hawks and other raptors at the Little Pinnacle at Pilot Mountain September 19th – 30th. \nWe count in two shifts each day: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM\, but you can come at any time for as long as you like. \nEveryone is welcome. Join Rob Rogers\, one of Forsyth County’s most experienced birders to learn all the basics to advance your competency in our Birding Basics course! \nDuring this session you will learn how to identify birds\, use binoculars\, and use apps like Merlin and eBird.
