Second Saturday Bird Outing

Join us on Saturday, July 12th, 2025 for the Second Saturday bird walk. We will be returning to one of our favorite locations – the Yadkin River Nature Trail at Tanglewood Park. At this time of year we will be looking for all of our summer residents and breeding birds, as well as fledglings still being fed by their attentive parents. Please meet trip leader Kerry Eckhardt in the gravel parking area at Skilpot Lake, near the gated entrance to the road leading toward the BMX track, at 8:00 AM.
