Fourth Monday Bird Outing

Join Chris Marsh at Horizons Park for our Fourth Monday Bird Walk. We’ll meet in the main parking area where there’s a very convenient restroom in the adjacent picnic area. We will explore both forest and field in search of summer breeders such as orioles, vireos, warblers, Blue Grosbeaks and Indigo Buntings. These bird walks are for people who are just learning about birds as well as those who have been birding for years.

Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes (preferably waterproof) as we will be walking through a hilly, grassy area that might be wet with dew. As this is a mid-summer walk, it is a good idea to bring water.
