Birding for Beginners

If you’re just beginning to develop your birding skills, Forsyth Audubon has the program for you! Join Rob Rogers, one of Forsyth County’s most experienced birders, to learn all the basics to advance your competency in our Birding for Beginners course! Register on Mobilize to reserve your spot.
During this session you will learn how to identify birds, use binoculars, and use apps like Merlin and eBird. We will meet on Saturday morning at 10 AM at the Mary Alice Warren Community Center located at 7632 Warren Pk Dr, Winston-Salem, NC 27023. Afterwards we will put our skills into action and go birding on the grounds of the center.
